Hey Y'all

Hey y'all ! How are you today? Well I'm off and home coolin with my kids! I woke up said my prayers and got into my morning work out. I went to the doctor a couple of weeks ago and found out I was 222 lbs! My all time heaviest weight! I wasn't this big when I was pregnant ! Honest even after that I was telling myself I was happy with me! I decided a few days ago to start doing something everyday . Even if it's just 20 or 30 mins of just getting my heart rate up and working on my stomach and arms. I really don't want to be skinny but I do want to tighten up and be healthy. I also started warping my stomach and arms with saran wrap when I'm working out. I wrap my stomach and wear my waist clincher doing the day also... Always holding my stomach in , trying to tighten my ab muscles . Truely thinking about letting my gym membership go because I don't have the time to go! I'm wasting money !!! Time will tell .....

 Off on my journey to a happier me! Loving myself first and putting God first! Trying to be a great mom and the Best Taneisha I can be! T.T.Y.L....
